The Effectiveness of Academic Supervision in Improving Online Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic

چکیده

This study aims to determine the implementation of principal's academic supervision based on program, supervision, supporting and inhibiting factors in online learning during covid-19 period at a state junior high school Banda Aceh. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation study. research subjects principals teachers, totalling 12 respondents. analysis was reduction techniques, presentation, interpretation verification. results showed (1)The planning is carried out by establishing cooperation between related parties for achievement quality. (2) observing teachers doing through competency standards, basic competencies, success indicators, teaching materials. In addition, presentation fun material, use appropriate methods, presence media are integrated indicators learning. (3) existence teacher awareness, good perceptions, support from parents students so that runs successfully pandemic.
